Gucci Project

In my second year, my second project was to pick a designer brand to design for I decided to design a collection for Gucci. The project brief was to either pick radical fashion or slow fashion. I chose radical fashion and found inspiration from the circus. I designed and made a calf high red cow leather boot with a red leather covered block heel, black resin sole with painted heart design and Gold Gucci logo. The main feature of the boot was the multiple multicolured heart patches at the front of the boot which featured two animals from the circus, an elephant and lion, hand drawn onto white suede leather.
